Offshore operations/logistics coordinator ( for de-mob and mob on the platforms) 
 
Job Description:

•         Ensure offshore teams are fully aware of their work scope and contacts prior to mobilization offshore
•         If required arrange a job related and/or a safety meeting prior to personnel mobilization offshore
•         Build and maintain relationships with all offshore employees, clients and suppliers / retailers.
•         Ensure all equipment is mobilized on time and correctly
•         Ensure all timesheets are received and issued to relevant departments.
•         Ensure that transport to and from offshore mobilisation point organised on time
•         Ensure all trainings are organised as required
•         Providing monthly report to accounting department with offshore and holiday hours for offshore employee only
•         Ensure all administration is up to date including enquiry and job sheets, personnel and equipment sheets and training sheets.
•         Ensure all enquiries are answered timely and competitively, PO’s received and VOR’s submitted promptly upon their requirement.
•         Ensure all offshore and site works are invoiced in a timely manner with all back-ups as required.
•         Ensure all PPE items are in stock and are issued upon offshore personnel requirements.

Salary : 1400-1600 AZN NET
