Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes and manages long term client relationships.
• Coordinates the development of sales objectives and strategies.
• Works on the execution of defined marketing strategies and development of new ones.
• Develops sales objectives and pricing strategies.
• Make an ownership-level commitment to learn about the key markets and long-term growth opportunities within the assigned region.
• Achieve progressive higher services levels assuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Work on new products and service requirements; evaluates the new product/services’ potential and support its development.
• Complies with policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Lead direct sales efforts on all key projects within assigned region.
• Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree.
• The selected candidate would have 6+ years’ experience working in the construction, oil & gas industry and sales.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse team environment.
• Requires strong problem solving skills, team oriented person.
• Soft Skills: Coaching, mentoring, leadership, customer orientation, good interpersonal and presentation skills, Effective follow-up/follow-through, Effective coaching and mentoring.
• Language: Azeri, English, Russian.
