The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of the ‘Public Action for Resilience’ (PAR) Activity, the IOM now invites interested Bidders to submit “Bid” for the provision of English Language Training Course.

All technical questions have to be addressed to [email protected] not later than 12:00 pm 24 January 2020.

The answers will be provided not later than 12:00 pm 27 January 2020

Proposal shall not be considered for evaluation if it does not meet qualifications indicated in IFB and its attachments, and if the requested documents are not submitted.

The Proposals must be delivered by hand to IOM office at 18 Yashar Huseynov Street, AZ1069, Baku, Azerbaijan on or before 17:00 pm on 29 January 2020. No late proposal shall be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Bidder/s of the ground for IOM action.
