Position title: Restaurants Social Media Manager
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy for different restaurants in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Qualifications/Skills:
o 1 or more-year proven experience in digital marketing
o Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest , Google+ and other social media practices
o Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
o Understanding of traffic metrics
o Good understanding of social media KPIs
o Excellent copywriting skills
o Excellent multitasking skills
o Good time-management skills
o Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
o Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
o Language skills: Russian, Azerbaijani, English
Job Description:
o Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
o Define most important social media KPIs
o Manage and oversee social media content
o Measure the success of every social media campaign
o Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
o Work with photographers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
o Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams
o Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
o Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
