Accountant

Accountant to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. Managing all accounting operations based on accounting principles. The employee is required to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business.

Primary Responsibilities:

 Prepare accounting records, including financial statements and other financial reports, to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to standards defined within the department.
 Preparing commercial and tax invoices to customers;
 Preparing export invoices to customers;
 Preparing of bank transfer request to overseas, local payment orders, exchange order & letters to bank;
 Preparing of Debtors records;
 Calculation of overtime & holiday payment against timesheets; - once in a month
 Preparing of bank transfer request to overseas, local payment orders, exchange order & letters to bank;
 Preparing of Creditors records;
 Account reconcilement of (AZN, EUR, GBR, US$) bank accounts;
 Preparing of statement of accounts payable;
 Entering transactions for local balance -1 C program for the above job
 cash accounting;
 Follow-up with the clients regarding outstanding accountants;
 Preparing of statement of accounts for customer;
  Preferred age of 23 - 30

Salary range: 800-1000 AZN

Qualifications:

• BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field
