Operations & Administration Supervisor

Competencies

Manage Supervise the Operations and Admin Staffs, Deal with the customer related process, Handle Customer Enquiry/Order, finalize the order processing till invoicing. Maintain good level of Record Keeping, Provide necessary reports to management.

Essential experience and job requirements

Min 12 Years of O&G Industry Machine Shop Operations & Administration experience, API and Premium Connections and Process Knowledge. Leadership, Technical Contract Review process, SAP R/3, TRACS, SAGE300 - Inventory Control, Purchasing Workflow and Service Manager modules, Conversant with Invoicing protocols of customers, Management reports inclusive of status of invoice, payment, workflow of on-time deliveries, customer feedbacks.

Educational Qualifications and Technical Certifications

High School / Diploma / Bachelor degree or Equivalent
