Job Title: Assistant Facility Manager
Summary and Purpose of Role:
Perform any duty requested by management to ensure efficient and effective operation of store maintenance
Assist with Quality Assurance checks
To prepare required daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports.
Ensure that the teams’ paperwork is completed properly each day.

Job Role Responsibilities:
Assist to the Facility Manager to provide overall supervision of the store buildings to ensure all maintenance and cleaning are running smoothly
Monitor overall requests from stores and other departments, and make plans
Handle all emergencies while completing all required paperwork
Contact technical supervisors and inform them with plans based on the Facility Manager’s instruction
Inform supervisor of daily needs, problems and feedbacks
Be able to answer questions, direct necessary and urgent questions to appropriate supervisor
To make all orders and follow up them based on the Facility Manager's instructions
Inform engineers and technical supervisors of daily plans, needs, problems and feedbacks from stores
Position Qualification Knowledge
High school diploma in engineering or relevant
1+ years of experience
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems (including relevant equipment and tools)
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, other manuals and documents
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
Ability to work outside of normal work hours
Knowledge of English language writing and speaking in upper intermediate level.
