Position: Receptionist

Job Role Responsibilities:

 Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
 Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
 Answering or referring inquiries from external;
 Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions;
 Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
 Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;
 Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers;
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position Qualification

 Bachelor degree
 At least 6+ months of experience in relevant role
 Possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills
 Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
 Ability to share skills and knowledge with others
 Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
 Written and verbal communication in Azeri, English and Russian languages
 Independent I.T. user
 Good team player
 Highly motivated
 Calm, professional attitude and approach work
 Able and willing to advice and support colleagues
 Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to work unsupervised
