Position: Receptionist
Job Role Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
Answering or referring inquiries from external;
Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions;
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations;
Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;
Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Position Qualification
Bachelor degree
At least 6+ months of experience in relevant role
Possess excellent interpersonal, communication skills
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Ability to share skills and knowledge with others
Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Written and verbal communication in Azeri, English and Russian languages
Independent I.T. user
Good team player
Highly motivated
Calm, professional attitude and approach work
Able and willing to advice and support colleagues
Reliable and trustworthy, with the ability to work unsupervised
