Social Media Manager

Job Description

• Development of brand awareness and online reputation
• Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers (content plan)
• Content management (including website)
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast).
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
• Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns
• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
• Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
• Integrate all channels of marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)
• Manage or oversee all social advertising campaigns.
• Prepare monthly analytical reports on website and social media

Requirements:

∙ 1+ year experience in social media, design or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
∙ Experience in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Photoshop; presentation proficiencies
∙ Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English
∙ Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc)
∙ Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics; moderate knowledge of Excel
∙ Good analytical skills
