Financial Controller

Requirements:

- Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Proven experience in finance management
- 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Presentable, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Compliance oriented
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS office programs and SAP
- Result oriented and ability to work with multiple teams
- Good English and Turkish communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Analyze and prepare financial reports for top management
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Participate and support in budgeting processes
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations
- Evaluate and manage the risks and act immediately
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to oversee the requirements of business and create ad-hoc reports accordingly
