As a Zara Visual (Commercial) Merchandiser, you are an integral part of the Zara image. We need a professional and detail oriented person with a sense of urgency and motivation to maximize the sales potential of the merchandise and ensure it is displayed according to company standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise
2. Share comments and ideas with the department manager to improve product selection
3. Plan and organize the resources required for floor coordination and changes
4. Implement commercial criteria and projects agreed with the Regional Commercial team
5. Cooperate with Operations for the correct reception of the merchandise, returns to the distribution center, stock replenishment
6. Manage and change mannequins, print and change prices, posters and photos.
7. Support customer service on the floor
8. Know, monitor and control the sales budget for the section
9. Read and use reports, and propose action plans
10. Manage furniture changes, wall structures, lighting, etc. with the Regional Commercial team
11.Reviews the state of the window displays

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in retail
2. Result-based approach
3. Strong analysis, prioritization and organizational skills
4. Ability to work well under pressure
5. Articulate with excellent communication skills
6. Energetic and enthusiastic
7. Good interpersonal skills
8. Strong initiative and self-motivation
9. Ability to see bigger picture, to think “out of the box”
10. Open/flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends and/or holidays
11. Ability to maintain professional standards of personal presentation, in order to present the image of the brand
12. Passion for fashion and building up a career in Zara-Inditex
