 Trainer

1. LDA and SDA training conducting:

• Preparation of detailed training programs & participants list aligned with distributors
• Preparation of the training contents for:
 Large and Small home appliances
 Built in home appliances (with cooking sessions)
 Hands-on training
 Promo personnel & chief training
• Trainings conducting:
 Purchasing of all necessary goods for hands-on training

2. Live Kitchen activities co-ordination including:

• Training for the chief prior to the event
• Preparation of introduction word for the audience
• Check of the guest list and comment if necessary
• Goods provision for the event
• Monitoring during the event and other event organization related tasks

3. Reporting to BSH

• Training reports: provides report on training latest 1 week after training completion

4. Candidate Criteria:

• University degree in Marketing, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training
• Excellent presentation skills
• Full proficiency in English and Azeri (Russian will be plus)
• Experience in home appliances or electronics goods will be plus.
