Main Qualifications

In order to apply for this position, applicants MUST meet the following criteria.
At least 3 years of experience in contracting, procurement and supply chain.
Languages: Russian – Native; English – IELTS 6.5 minimum
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, technical, or business discipline.
Completion of an undergraduate degree in a technical, business, or similar discipline.
Advanced procurement certification preferred

Examples of the Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare and edit contracts between the company and suppliers.
Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.
Negotiate contract agreements for products and services.
Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.
Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.
Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
Evaluates or monitors contractor performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
Assesses contractor service value and product/service reliability relative to cost; plans, organizes, and coordinates acquisition alternatives, as appropriate.
Serves as a primary liaison with contracting representatives to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of problems and issues, as they arise; arbitrates claims or complaints occurring in performance of contracts.
