Responsibilities

• Managing operations of ongoing deals
• Control and facilitation through supply chain
• Analyze and offer on alternative logistics solutions
• Managing timely delivery
• Controlling financing of the deal and coordination with finance
• Coordination with risk for hedging purposes
• Preparing reports regarding stocks, ongoing deals, contractual balances, lifting schedules etc.
• Preparing and/or checking documentation/instructions (nominations, dispatch orders, voyage and discharge instructions, invoices, contracts etc.)
• Coordination with Trader and controlling trade flows
• Coordination with legal and compliance
• ERP management

Requirements

• Computer skills: Mainly excel
• Language skills: Russian and English
• Min 5 years work experience
• Critical thinking, analytical skills
• Communication, negotiation skills
