Position: Revenue Supervisor

Job Role Responsibilities:

- Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.
- Implement revenue management operations, procedures and best practices.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies
- High level of motivation, determination and commitment.
- Optimize and expand distribution partnerships
- To conduct analyses of prices offered by other hotels to develop competitive prices and discounts
- Complete all rooms and revenue forecasting to accurately project unconstrained demand
- Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.
- Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.

Job requirements :

- Preferable previous experience in Revenue/Room reservation
- Good communication skills - English , Russian and Azerbaijan
- experience of work in international chain hotels
- immediate start preferred
- Good team working skills;
- Multitasking ability;
- Ability to work under operational pressure;
- Analysis and allocation of revenues and expenses;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
