Kuehne + Nagel company is currently looking for an experienced Project coordinator within sea and road freight background.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 Coordinate sea and overland shipments
 Being responsible for calculation and quoting to the customers for sea freight and road freight shipments
 Checking the correctness of all accompanying documents: shipping documents, contracts, certificates, etc To develop products within sea & overland
 Sale sea and overland products to potential customers
 Cooperate Claims / Customer complaints
 Monitor weekly market rate changes and make calculations available for sales
 Control and manage the shipment from start until it is delivery
 Monthly report preparation for all job done
 
KEY CAPABILITIES
 
 Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding companies
 Attention to details with shipping documentations and alignment with FIATA and transport regulations
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Good command of Azeri, English and Russian.
 Good written and spoken communication skills.
 Excellent computer and administration skills.  (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
 Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information.
 A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
