Cobalt is looking for an Architectural technician to become part of its team in Baku.

Cobalt seeks a purposeful person who would be motivated to become involved in the dynamic work environment of architecture in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Cobalt is a full-service architectural and urban design agency working in international environment. Cobalt has grown rapidly, working on a wide spectrum of projects in Azerbaijan starting from national tourist route development strategy, to theatre and residential neighborhood design and a lot more. We are working in close cooperation with our partners in the Baltics, Norway and other European countries.

Responsibilities:

- developing the technical projects
- working with colleagues in design teams
- checking and marking up shop drawings
- reporting to the Project manager

We are looking for a person who:

- has at least five years’ experience as an architectural technician
- has proven experience in interior design and/or in architectural projects
- is proficient in working and documenting in AutoCAD 2D
- has a high sense of responsibility with an excellent eye for detail
- has the ability to carry out measurements on the site
- has the ability to prepare specifications
- has a strong work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude
- preferably works with Revit or other 3d design software
- has good English and/or Russian language skills
