Receptionist

Job duties will be:

  • Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful, attitude
  • Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
  • Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes and sending letters
  • Assising colleagues with administrative tasks
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms
  • Sorting and dsitributing mail

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written communications skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Able to contribute positevly to be a part of a team
  • Helping out with various tasks as required
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
  • High school diploma required
  • Fluency in Azeri, Russian and English
