HOTEL NIGHT – ADMINISTRATOR (NIGHT AND DAY SHIFT)

Citrus Boutique Hotel located in the Baku city Center is looking for Hotel Administrator both for day and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Guests Management: welcoming guests, check-in & check-out, handling guests enquires and complains and etc.
- Control of Hotel Cleanness
- Checking rooms on any available damage after guest check-out
- Cash Management
- Working with Booking systems
- Document Control
- General Administration
- Reporting to the Hotel Management
- Making sure that Hotel Rules are followed by the guests

Requirements:

- Language knowledge: Azerbaijani, Russian, English
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to conduct business correspondence
- Communication skills
- Stress resistance
- Attention to details
- Customer service orientation
- Team working skills
- Bachelor degree
- Experience 3 years

Terms & Conditions:

- Fixed salary
- Monthly motivation
- Day shift working schedule: 08.00-16.00 and 12.00-20.00
- Night shift working schedule: 20:00 – 08:00 (each second night)
