Job responsibilities

- Deploying and managing all teaching and non-teaching staff of the school and allocating particular duties to them.
Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
- Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and field trips.
- Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities.
- Attend staff meetings, and serve on committees as required.
- Select, store, order, issue, and inventory classroom equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Ensuring that teachers at the school receive information they need to carry out their professional duties effectively.
- Providing information to management about the work and performance of the staff, business process and preparing monthly and yearly finance reports which will be required by Finance Department.
- Promoting equality and inclusion in all aspects of school life.
- Monitoring of actual spending of school against budget.
- Developing strong and effective partnerships with parents.
- Respect confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

- High education in preschool, primary school or psychology
- Minimum 5 years experience in preschool, primary school education or child psychology and 2 years experience in management.
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English.
