Key accountabilities:

• Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms
• Provide basic needs for children
• Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals
• Ensure that all children are aware and follow the school rules, that all children learn to respect each other’s and their environment.
• Monitor and record the progress of pupils of the group.

Required skills/experience:

• Preschool teachers will have to be empath etic to children 's emotions and parent's needs
• Minimum 2 years experience in local international preschools;
• Higher Education Diploma in Preschool  Pedagogy or Psychology;
• Fluency in English;
• Team work;
• Creative and critical thinking;
• Eager to work and self improve.
