1. Loler/lifting gear inspection experience
2. Crane/forklift inspection experience
3. Ndt experience
4. Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
5. Computer skills including the spreadsheet and word-processing programs, and e-mail;
6. Good in Azerbaijani or English or Russian language.
