Technical Coordinator

Key accountabilities:

• Preferable to be able to produce solutions for machine group, mechanical, installation, furniture, paint modification and electrical problems in the child park.
• To take precautions against malfunctions in the machines within the enterprise, rectify occurred faults, to make general maintenance and record them.
• To make suggestions about technology, processes and occupational safety, support and implement projects
• To perform the planned works effectively and efficiently.
• Work in accordance with occupational safety regulations.
• Has the skills of planning, teamwork, result-oriented, quality-oriented, effective time usage, distinguishing priorities
• Ensuring continuous operation of Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical and Cooling Systems
• To provide coordination between companies, project manager and headquarters for technical support
• To finalize the repairs in accordance with the technical specifications according to the work schedule,
• Directing technical personnel to make repairs when technical support is received.
• To follow the periodic control and maintenance of all devices within the enterprise,
• Reporting necessary internal reports to senior management

Required qualifications:

• High technical knowledge
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in shopping center and entertainment sector projects
• To have good knowledge of Office programs and advanced reporting skills
• To have strong oral and written communication skills and can manage their own team.
• Dynamic, able to adapt to the intensive work tempo
• Able to work in shifts
