Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator

ULU Hospitality is a newly established, yet fast-growing company, dedicated to creating a distinct impact on the hospitality industry of Azerbaijan. At present, the company operates 2 hotels in Qakh region and 2 restaurants in Baku.

El Resort first five-star family hotel, open since 2011 and Yurd Hotel planned to be open in 2019. Zakura the first Japanese “Izakaya” style restaurant located in the city center of Baku and Novbahar authentic restaurant, offering traditional Azerbaijani cuisine.

The Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales team in bringing new and return business to the restaurants and hotels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage social media accounts in Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Run paid ads on social media and provide data on ROI, analytics
• Update websites with promotional information
• Execute annual marketing plan activities and track annual marketing budget
• Execute communication strategies and execute public relations programs
• Work with Sales & Marketing team to develop and execute brand initiatives
• Develop and maintain all media lists and contact information
• Draft and disseminate press kits, releases, calendar listings
• Prepare promotional material such as flyers, brochures, etc
• Maintain an up-to-date photo and video library, including a photographic record of all media and special events
• Follow departmental policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous experience within Marketing Department required
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required
- University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all Knowledge of graphic design software is preferred
