Areas of Responsibility Include:

Job Role Responsibilities:

 To provide feedback on the implementation of work to ensure the activities of the regional director.
 Participate in the review, study, collection and analysis of materials on certain issues of the Company, in accordance with the instructions and directions of the Regional Manager.
 Required information for the regional director from the company's structural divisions, obtaining from the executives of his orders and instructions, where necessary, to summarize, systematize and analyze this information.
 To do the essential works for requests, interviews and meetings held by the regional director (including the collection of necessary materials, preparation of referrals and references, awareness of the participants about the meeting and the date, location and agenda of the meeting)
 By the instruction of the regional director, attend meetings and consultations of company structural divisions and to report to the regional director in writing or verbally about the outcomes of meetings and consultations
 Control the execution of the decision of regional director
 By the instruction of the regional director to perform, other duties related to the authority of assistant regional director.
 Control and follow up vacation schedule for management team and total unused vacation
 Create agenda and invite other department on weekly SMs Area meeting, write minutes and follow up
 Daily bulletin collect information from stores and send to other departments
 Collect and control all signature on all policy documents from Store management team

Position Qualification

Knowledge

 2 years’ experience as PA assistant at retail, sales or marketing position
 Bachelor degree or equivalent.
 Good verbal and written English
 A highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach.
 Result and Management oriented.
 Possess an extremely friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with ability to openly communicate and work with all types of individual and personalities.
 Good excel knowledge

 Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
 Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
 Good analyze skills
 Good Negotiating skills
