Data Analyst
Netbet LLC launched eTopaz in 2012 as a single legal online sport betting game operator in the country. eTopaz is a commercial trademark of the company.
Netbet LLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Data Analyst .
Main Responsibilities
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Own and maintain all dashboards, ongoing reporting reports, and ad hoc requests from the organization. Analysing results
• Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, accounting, finance, economics or statistics.
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills in written and verbal in Azerbaijani and English Russian is a plus
• 2-3 years of recent experience in a business analyst or data analyst role. Preferably experience in the digital advertising industry or related field
• Experience in exploratory data analysis and familiarity with advanced quantitative analysis and statistical techniques
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements
• Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner with product and leadership teams to influence the overall strategy of the product
• Strong mathematic, analytic and problem-solving skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Experience working with large data sets
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and critical deadlines
• Creativity to develop innovative analytical solutions
