Vacancy: Shield Gas Engineer
Work Location: Sumgait Chemical Industrial Park
Role and Main responsibilities:
• Obtaining of uninterrupted supply of gas for the demand and quantity.
• Provision of unproductive work of equipment, site maintenance, maintenance and service work.
• Ensure safe operation of production facilities in strict compliance with requirements, safety of technological processes and technically correct operation of equipment.
• Investigate, prevent and override the technological process and utilization of equipment.
Required skills and work experience:
• Higher technical education. Specialty: engineering technologist (chemistry, petro chemistry, cryogenics, thermal technology etc.)
• Work experience in technology production (air separation units, chemical and petrochemical production)-not less than 3 years
• Knowledge of Equipment, technology and production process;
Liquid and gaseous nitrogen by method of low-temperature rectification in cryogenic air separation unit
Service experience of rectification columns, pump and compressor equipment, knowledge of compression and rectification process
Gaseous hydrogen, based on water electrolysis process.
