Position: Reception
Job Responsibilities:
• To lead administrative part of the office
• To control tea lady
• To be sure office supplies are ordered in time,
• To keep all supplies under control and in order
• To scan/print/copy/write letters for office staff upon request
• To assist procurement and financial department with some requests
• To be in contact with IT department and be involved in generation of company web page
• To share and realize ideas regarding promotional staff for clients
• To support company in preparation tender documents
Requirements to the candidate:
• High education;
• Fluent writing /reading skills on English/Azeri/Russian
• User skills in MS office
• Ability to work in office atmosphere
• Ability to keep subordination
