BakuCard Sales Representative

BakuCard is the official pass that unlocks Azerbaijan’s vibrant capital making the spectacular city even more appealing for visitors. BakuCard includes free public transport, entry tickets for selected city museums and attractions, plus discounts and special offers at shops, cafes, restaurants and much more. Our growing company is seeking to hire a Sales Associate who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales.

Responsibilities:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Knowledge of fluent Azerbaijani, Russian and English
• Selling BakuCards in every possible selling point as to the agencies, hotels and etc.
• Selling Ateshgah & Yanardagh and Qobustan tour in every possible selling point as to the agencies, hotels and etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
