Project Manager Requirement for Association formulation

Job Description:

• Maintaining the register of members, assisting the chairperson to prepare the agenda
• Supports operations and administration of Board by advising and informing Board members, interfacing between Board and staff, and supporting Board's evaluation of President
• Preparing works, organizing and coordinating overall tasks and ensuring sufficient information is available to Board members
• Directing the process of planning, prepare performance reports on achievement of goals and objectives
• Reviews the association by laws as well as its Policies and Procedures to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the association.
• Organizing a meeting and dealing with agenda items
• Representing the organization at all levels of the community
• Manages the incoming and outgoing correspondence for the association.
• Ensuring that the association adheres to its constitution and rules, making sure all letters and other documents are properly filed.
• manage the programs every day’s activities which involve the scope with the association missions.
• Subordinate in this way that he delivers the authority to supervise and control Boards together with the members and volunteers.
• Organize conferences and meeting, manage program implementation in local, regional or maybe international simply to compensate and featuring its missions.
• Develop and implement an engagement plan for network members, in collaboration with members
• Ensure maintenance of records, including updating contact information and tracking communications and activities to ensure continuity and long-term relationship management
• Maintain up-to-date overall activity calendar for engaging key audience targets, share and coordinate planning with other appropriate teams

Requirements:

• Communication and negotiating skills, including good command of English for both verbal and writing.
• University education
• Miniumum 2 years’ work experience, preferably in tourism field
• Understanding of nature, mountain guiding and environment
• Certificate for project management is plus
• Leadership and critical thinking
• Team Management, administering and coordinating groups of individuals by promoting teamwork
• Risk Management; predict and create solutions to issues
• Must be able to organize stakeholders, members and be able to manage group of people.
• Strong understanding of the political process; comfortable breaking complicated policies and procedures down for a lay audience
• Proven skill at building relationships to engender trust and influence cross-functionally in order to drive execution toward common goals
• Strong personal organization, time management and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task and get work done under pressure; and a relentless dedication to follow-up
• Good judgement, initiative, and ability to anticipate problems and follow through with confidence
