SPA receptionist
Responsibilities:
To ensure punctuality, excellent grooming and Hygiene
To attend and actively participate in spa department and hotel team meetings as required.
To effectively and efficiently manage the spa reservations system
To confidently recommend and up sell additional treatments to guests, driving repeat bookings wherever possible
To assist the Spa Manager in providing departmental orientation to new staff if required
To coordinate with Spa Therapist team to ensure a smooth guest journey from start to finish.
Requirements:
Computer (excel, word, email) skills
Good Communication Skills
Fluent in English, Russian and Azerbaijani
Ability to work within a team
Ability to meet deadlines
Proactive, well organized
Experience in related position
