Main Responsibilities:

• As first point of contact for the Green City provide a friendly, responsive and professional service to all customers and visitors, presenting a positive impression of themselves and the organization. Be willing to engage with members of the public and build relationships with the customer base.
• Promote the sale of memberships and assist in the processing of associated paperwork, assist in entering the details onto the computer and ensuring the correct fees are collected
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing information about the full range of products and services available and supporting promotional campaigns
• Provide input and recommendation into the development and implementation of new projects focused on enhancing the guest experience based on feedback provided from guests and trends in guest complaints to guest relations department.
• Complete guest service tasks, including but not limited to, room changes.
• Develop and maintain current knowledge/familiarity with all Hotel services and features and local attractions.
• Perform other job related duties as requested.

Required:

• At least 1 year of high volume call center or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of PC software programs (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• Able to effectively communicate in English, Russian in both written and oral forms.
