Structural Draftsman

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing general and shop drawings
• Management of shop drawing preparation,
• Checking structural drawings acc. to local and international norms.
• Utilize CAD software to prepare detail designs of mechanical systems and structural assemblies.
• Analyze design requirements and recommend changes that result in a more efficient design or offer a better value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min. 5 years
• AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, MS Office.
• Excellent CAD skills and proficiency using other software designed for use in detailing.
• Proven work history on miscellaneous metal detailing as well as nesting structural steel.
• Outstanding ability to read and understand construction specifications and drawings.
• Good understanding of both fabrication and installation.
• English, Russian, Azerbaijani
