CRM Analyst
Requirements:
Education & certifications BA/BS degree or equivalent
Experience in marketing, retail, business development and/or other commercial areas
Proficiency with metrics and analytics
Ability to work under pressure, time management & result oriented approach
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
High level of analytical and organizational skills, and necessary attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Development, growth and operational management of loyalty programs
Ensuring effective, efficient and commercially viable operation of loyalty programs
Identifying, monitoring and improving short/mid/long-term impact of loyalty programs on relevant commercial KPIs
