Senior Key Account Executive

Requirements:

Education: University Diploma (Business or Managment ) ; (Mathematics)
Experience: 1-2 years in FMCG
Proficient language skills
MS Office knowledge
Driving license “B”

Responsibilities:

Supporting Key Account Manager interms of defining and executing strategies and plans for the Customer(s), implementing, following up and updating in line with business requirements, ensuring both adherence to all Company principles and policies and achievement of agreed Customer targets/KPIS
Providing detailed customer plans applied in a very effective way at the stores, to make an agreement with the customers and sharing these with the field executives.
Observing and regular reporting about the competitive environment in Laundry&Home care category in responsible clients, growth of market share in client’s chain.
Accurate inventory management of listed SKUs and balanced quantities in stocks (OOS prevention). Participation in the formation of orders. Keeps records of the execution of orders and settlements with their customers. Analyzes cases of returns and refusals
Monitoring listing status in responsible clients and contracting shelf shares yearly.
Manages the work of merchandisers in the stores.
On the basis of the rules and standards in effect in the company, determines the size of discounts. In the event of a non-standard situation, consult with the head of the department.
Monitoring  secondary placements and creating new proposals for improving visibility
Participating to weekly meeting with Key Account Manager
Communicating and regular reporting to Senior Key Account Manager in Russia
