A young and dynamic hotel management company in Azerbaijan managing a world-class portfolio of hotels and resorts, ABSHERON Hotel Group is looking for Learning & Development Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Works with the L&D team to assess current learning needs and create and/or facilitate trainings that will enable personal growth and succession planning.
 Tracks and analyses talent development trends.
 Diagnoses causes and develop innovative recommendations.
 Collaborates on talent management initiatives including performance management, assessment and development activities.
 Assists in organization effective employee orientation programmes.
 Coordinates and monitors L&D related reports of the Managed Hotels.
 Fully understand business processes in the Hospitality industry to ensure all learning and development initiatives support company objectives and priorities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 Good command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages, both written and verbal.
 Should have minimum 3 years of experience as L&D Manager at Hotel Industry.
 Experience in writing training related policies.
 Reports to the Group HR Director.
