Position: Telecommunication Engineer
Employer: Qartal Construction Company
Main Requirements:
1. With minimum experience in Telecoms industry
2. New graduates with telecommunication profession or telecom engineering without experience
3. Proficient knowledge in English, both writing and speaking
4. Possession of the COMPEX certificate is an advantage
5. Being experienced in network, DWDM and IT knowledge is an advantage
6. Having opportunity to be assigned to offshore
7. Having sufficient knowledge of electrical activities, AC/DC installation
8. Be capable of working at height and have no fear of working from height
9. Knowledge of Data and Control Networks infrastructures & technologies
10. To carry out on all modifications to existing or newly installed telecommunications and safety-related digital systems, including establishment of initial test and inspection frequencies
11. To provide engineering support and oversight for the in-service inspections, system management, and testing program for telecommunications and safety-related digital systems
12. To confirm the equipment meets the Performance Standard and is fit for service
13. To maintain/update the register of all Safety Critical Equipment and Protective Systems relating to telecommunications and safety-related digital systems, and associated design documentation and operating procedures
14. Specify and supervise the design, installation and commissioning requirements, for new and replacement telecommunications and safety-related digital systems
15. To provide engineering support in development and technical endorsement of MOC proposals
16. Possession of driving certificate is an advantage
17. Having good command of Word, Excel

1. Telecommunication works will be done at Sangachal terminal and Oil Platforms of Caspian Sea
