"PMD Hospitality LLC" is currently looking for experienced candidates to fill the role of Human Resources TL for our "Excelsior" hotel located in Baku.
Core skills and knowledge:
Azerbaijani - fluent, English – İntermediate, Russian – fluent
Location: Baku city
Required skills:
- High education in Human Resources or related business field
- 3+ years’ experience in a human resources supervisory position
- Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale, engagement and retention
- Comprehensive understanding of local employment law
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of 1C software preferred
