Brand Manager

More important candidate should be from Retail (especially clothing).

Responsibilities:

• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
• Analyzing how  brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights
• Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
•  Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
• Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
• Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts
• Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan
• Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans
• Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
• Prepare P&L reporting  and other reports as needed
• To ensure the proper routine and work schedule of staff.
• To ensure execution of the monthly sales plan by each sales representative.
• To provide receipt of adequate knowledge of the "Sales Techniques", "Customer Service" and "Product Training" by each sales representative.
• To ensure the use of sales techniques and customer service standards in the shop.
• To ensure the growth and quality of the customer base.
• To ensure a high level of service in the shop.
• Preparation of the schedule of work and vacations for the subordinate staff.
• To observe the control over the discipline and diligence of the staff and inform management timely of any misconducts.
• To observe subordinations in the shop.
• To plan the working day and conduct the short meetings on organizational issues
• To divide functionally the tasks and responsibilities among the personnel of the shop.
• To conduct practical trainings with the staff and determine the methods, theme and plan of training for each trade representative.
• To use effectively the methods of the professional skills of the company sales in the course of work, as well as to train the young specialists in these methods.
• To implement the idea of Total Look.
• To stimulate the dynamics of growth and quality of the customer base, maintain and submit a monthly report on the dynamics of the customer base as a whole and for each trade representative separately.
• To analyze and prepare reports on stocks of goods in the warehouse of the shop ( that is, availability of the relevant assortment by sizes, names, etc.) To fill in the documentation and marketing database.
• Preparation of monthly report.

Requirements:

•  Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
•  Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
•  Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
•  Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Upper Intermediate written and oral communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Diplomas and certificates / certificates on economic/ trade profile (desirable)
• 3 years of experience in Retail sphere as a Sales manager or similar position
• Fashion and luxury brand oriented
• “Hard skills” abilities: analytical attitude of mind, ability to forecast, organizational skills.
• Leadership skills. Ability to motivate and engage team members. Problem solving and decision making.

Salary 1500 AZN+ % from monthly sale.
