HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT
The ideal candidate has knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, compensation, negotiation, and personnel information systems. To be successful, the candidate must have demonstrated success in consulting and client management skills.
In this role, you will:
• Provide strategic HR consulting services
• You may provide a wide variety of HR generalist duties which could include:
Management advisory
Employee Relations and problem consultation
HR compliance consultation
Policy and Procedure development and interpretation
Performance Management
Training and Development
Employee communications
Payroll Management
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business or a related field
• 10 years as a HR Generalist, Manager or similar, performing or overseeing all generalist HR duties
• Recent experience as an HR Generalist/Manager
• Multiple company and multiple industry experience desired
