Trainer
Responsibilities:
Training planning including:
A. Detailed programs & participants list preparation in co-ordination with dealer’s HR and BSH Marketing team.
B. Preparation of the contents for:
- LDA, CP training
- BI training
- Hands-on training
- Promo personnel & chief training
C. Implementation including:
- Set-up for trainings
- Purchasing of all necessary goods for hands-on training
Live Kitchen activities co-ordination including:
- Training for the chief prior to the event
- Preparation of introduction word for the audience
- Check of the guest list and comment if necessary
- Goods provision for the event
- Monitoring during the event
Supervision Merchandising& support during events:
- Periodical visit of the shops in Baku
- Co-ordination & support during events
4Reporting to BSH
- Training reports: provides report on training latest 1 week after training completion (or once a month tbd)
Qualification/Requirements:
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Analytical and creative mind, critical thinking and ambitious nature
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized personality
- Graduate
- Good Azerbaijani, English and Russian (speaking/writing) are also needed
- Experience in the white goods industry
- Microsoft Office experience (esp. PowerPoint)
