Reception
Responsible for handling all incoming calls, keeping the record of these calls, making sure the calls are transferred to the right person.
To manage all incoming enquires by telephone, email and visit, give a tour to customers
As the interface with the public, to ensure that, at all times, personal standards of behaviour, presentation and performance are in accordance with the requirements laid down by the company
To ensure that, at all times, all purchasers and prospective purchasers are treated politely, efficiently and in a professional manner
To ensure that all records and reports are prepared accurately and punctually in accordance with the company’s requirements;
To do any administrative work required for classes
To cover classes if required
Be responsible for all the payments (cash/card)
Be fully aware of club’s facilities, timings, promotions and prices to provide this information to costumers.
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in Azeri and Russian, intermediate level of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum 2 years practical experience in related field.
