Requirements:

- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Guest oriented; motivated in meeting all guest enquiries
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the spa industry in a management or supervisory position
- High level of enthusiasm
- Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a very busy luxury spa
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa treatments and product lines
- Experienced and comfortable communicating on the phone
- Excellent written communication techniques; experienced in writing business emails
- Excellent guest interaction and general verbal communications skills
- Able to work in shifts; flexible and willing to work extended hours when required
- Pleasant personality; friendly and smiling
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Well-groomed

Job Duties:

Enhance the guest’s experience at Spa for by providing superior guest service during check in and
check out, by providing tours of the spa facility, scheduling appointments, and charging for services while creating an environment of relaxation and luxury. Provides excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.

- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
- To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies
- To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the operation areas of the Spa through effective supervision.
- To keep abreast of new research and methods relating to health and wellness subjects.
- To demonstrate and reinforce Hyatt’s Values.
