POSITION: FREELANCE TRAINER
JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for energetic and highly accomplished trainers with a solid background in delivering soft skills training designed and developed by Learning & Development team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The provision of high quality training which is planned and personalized by Learning & Development team
• Ensuring that the content delivery is practiced and fluent, and “on-brand” with organizational standards
• Professionally representing our organization at all times, and living the values of the organization
• Helping to develop new training materials and resources
• Obtaining feedback from training participants and providing the outcome to L&D team
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven track record (5+ years) of providing soft skills training and coaching to individuals and groups in a formal training structure with exposure to hospitality sector
• Professional communication skills including speaking, networking, presenting and writing
• Enthusiastic in helping others, adult learning and education
• Willing to travel, sometimes at a moment’s notice
• An authentic, natural delivery style
• At least 3 days of availability per month
