Responsibilities
- Draft all contractual/negotiation documents and define the most appropriate clauses of the contract with clients, partners (including in Cooperation, Partnership and Joint Venture Agreements) and with subcontractors/vendors for the provision of goods, services and works;
- Verify the completeness of contract documents (consistency check), supervise their distribution to project team members and regularly execute contract induction meetings
- Assist in developing the contract management execution strategy and ensure change process on the project, including appropriate claim management actions
- Review, update and complete all partner agreements according to contract/project development
- Support of the deployment and utilization of Contract management systems as required and appropriate infrastructure.
- Coordinate the contractual documentation filling.
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
Education: Higher Education in Law
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Contracts Administration in Procurement and Construction industry;
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as Contract Manager on medium to large scale and complex projects;
Knowledge of Languages: English (fluent), Azerbaijani (fluent).
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office

Working hours: Monday-Saturday, 6 working days a week
