Procurement assistant.

Key accountabilities:

• Prepare and maintaining records of all purchasing orders
• Communicating with Suppliers build relationships with them and manage their performance
• Monitor and follow-up on open/unconfirmed Purchase Orders
• Provide support to Procurement Managers and perform duties such as preventing production delays, reducing costs, taking orders, estimating arrival time, writing reports, and scheduling purchases
• Determine the purchasing needs of the organization
• Monitor stock levels
• Manage and control purchasing lists for all administrative and operational areas
• Solutioned invoicing problems in a timely manner

Required skills/experience:

• Deep understanding and professional experience with Purchasing Contracts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills
• Strong market knowledge and experience in working across various functions, businesses and regions
• Minimum 4 years experience.
