Job title: HR and Admin Specialist & HR and Admin Officer
Work location: Gadabay office, Azerbaijan
Work schedule: 22 working days, 9 rest days 

Candidate Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience
University degree in related field is desirable
Knowledge of Labour Code and Labour legislation of Azerbaijan Republic
Strong MS office skills
Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
Knowledge of languages (Azerbaijani, English, Turkish, Russian) 

Essential responsibilities are to be:

• Joiners and Leavers Issues (Induction, Setting up personnel files, New employees placement, database registration) and monthly preparation of Turnover.
• To perform cross functional tasks such as participating to surveys, business excellence projects, company activities etc.
• To act in accordance with the company rules and regulations
• To develop and maintain a positive employee relations environment and ensure uniform and consistent application of organization policies and procedures
• To provide effective HR partnerships required to deliver a comprehensive value-add service line.
• To support corporate communications with regard to all aspects of  the Human Resources strategy.
• Maintenance of vacation spreadsheet, follow up; calculation additional leaves as per experience, filling in and registration of sick leave bulletin
• Electronic Signature, ASAN Imza Services-Making appropriate changes in a timely manner
• Guide through conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and other sensitive employee relations issues; Ensuring appropriate action to violations or complaints;
• Maintenance of HRPayroll
