Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for the delivering and stocking of construction materials, machinery and equipment delivered to the project area.
• To be responsible for the ordering of materials, machinery and equipment
• To manage loading and unloading trucks
• To receive and verify the inventory with the purchase order listings
• To know stock and to keep detailed records in order to know when to reorder supplies or merchandise
• To keep stock area safe, to follow the housekeeping and to understand the material functions in order to place them with the accurate sequence and stack them appropriately
• To keep shelves in good trim and to make accurate labeling for the materials and equipment in order to provide them in time.
• To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials
• To coordinate and synchronize work functions with the contractors, suppliers and other internal departments of the project
• To issue materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists
• To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
• To keep daily stock rate records and to know stock amounts and to provide purchase of materials when the stock level approaches the minimum limit
• Continuously report to Procurement and Finance about the material deliveries

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control preferably in FMCG sphere
• Knowledge of proper stock keeping and inventory management
• Knowledge of 1C Software’s
• Advanced knowledge of Office Programs (especially excel)
• Ability to Read MSDS sheets
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal
• Intermediate English in order to keep records understandable for all staff (Management)

Salary: 1500-2000 AZN Net
