Architect (Retail Development)

Key accountabilities:

• Interpret the applications between main architectural design and technical infrastructures
• Provide comments for integration of operational criteria and architectural design
• Transfer the needs of the leasing department to the construction team (on design and built time)
• Architectural drawing & revision review after leasing reconstruction
• Prepare renovation plans for parts of Malls (drawings & BOQ preparation according to concept and design)
• Give suggestion during architectural reconstruction (feasible dimensions and material choice)
• A technical reading of shopping malls leasing architectural maps
• Archiving of all project of malls such as final drawings
• Follow up and reporting the status of lease maps under constructions
• Selecting and sending LOD documents that finding from handover archive of each mall
• Selecting and sending MEP drawings that finding from handover archive of each mal
• Recording and archiving of test reports after final fit-out inspections
• Inspection on building site and verify the retail plans and construction plans
• Delivery as-built projects and verify on the field applications

Required skills/experience:

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of basement designs and calculations
• Good knowledge of English Language
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and additional 3D concept drawing software
• Good technical knowledge of architectural design rules and following procedure
• Good knowledge of local and international architectural standards
• Basement knowledge of landscape, interior and exterior design materials (construction and decorative materials such as steel, stones, marble, wooden, etc.)
