Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports for Marketing team
• Work with marketing team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment
• Transform the data into actionable insights, using appropriate tools to present data in user-friendly manner
• Determine the appropriate targets for Marketing campaigns and the key data points to identify them.
• Seek ways to continuously improve the targeting of marketing campaigns with currently available data and make recommendations on additional data sources to acquire.
• Conduct analysis to understand the results of targets marketing campaigns, and to optimize their targeting and efficiency.
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex data sets
• Plan, monitor, and reforecast sales, expense, and capital budgets

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a data analyst
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, BA, Information Management or Statistics

Salary: 1000-1200 AZN
